Tabiya

TabiyaA trip command center with an AI planning companion

Tabiya turns a conversation into a living trip plan, keeping itineraries, booking confirmations, tasks, reminders, shared decisions, and on-trip answers together. I built it from a real multi-country planning workflow and evolved it into a multi-tenant product with a mobile-first PWA, a native iOS app, offline support, collaborative trip data, Gmail confirmation discovery, and an AI assistant that works against durable trip state instead of producing a one-off itinerary.

Project Details

Started: March 2026Role: Founder and Lead DeveloperI designed and built Tabiya across the product stack: the conversational planning experience, structured trip-data model, multi-tenant authentication and authorization, shared web and iOS API contracts, offline-capable PWA, native SwiftUI client, Gmail confirmation discovery, billing and usage controls, and production infrastructure. I also built evaluation and diagnostics systems to test onboarding quality, chat behavior, timeline integrity, cost, and release readiness as the product grew from a personal trip planner into a customer-facing platform.
